Description
Our kaju katli is made by a family halwai in Bikaner who still grinds the cashews by hand. It has only three ingredients: cashew, sugar and a touch of ghee, plus a strand of saffron on top. No colours, no preservatives.
Each diamond is wrapped in butter paper and laid in a rigid box printed with marigold borders. Order by 4 November for delivery before Dhanteras. It keeps for 15 days at room temperature or a month in the fridge.
