Description
We roast the almonds in small batches with real Kashmiri kesar, which gives them a golden colour and a gentle floral taste. A little rock salt balances the sweetness, so they disappear quickly at a card party.
The tin is printed with a pattern borrowed from Jaipur's old city doors and is airtight, so it can be reused for tea, sugar or spices. It fits neatly into a corporate hamper alongside a candle or a diffuser.
